Dailymag Sharp Container is designed to provide a safe and convenient way to dispose of sharps, the Sharps Container is intended to collect syringes, infusion sets, and needles for disposable items; collect small medical products made in glass, various blades, scalp needles, suture needles and other sharps; collect blood-filled syringes, blood transfusion sets and other medical equipment that contact blood; collect other sharp dangerous goods such as medical sharps that must be put in the sharps collection containers. Product Description:
The Sharp Container is a durable, puncture-resistant container made from high-quality polypropylene plastic.
It features a secure lid with a locking mechanism to prevent accidental spillage or exposure to sharps,
The container is designed for single-use only and should be disposed of properly after it is full.
Instruction for Use:
Place the sharp container on a stable surface in an easily accessible location.
Assemble the lid firmly on the barrel, making sure the buckles at each joint are secure. Use caution when handling sharps and always deposit them into the container with care to avoid accidental injuries. When the sharps container is not in use temporarily, keep the lid temporarily closed.
Do not overfill the container. Once it reaches the fill line indicated on the side, it should be securely closed and disposed of following local regulations for medical waste disposal.
After each use, securely close the lid by aligning it with the container opening and twisting it clockwise until it locks into place.
Disposal Instructions:
Once the container is full or is no longer needed, it must be disposed of properly according to local regulations for medical waste disposal.
Do not attempt to reuse the container. It is designed for single-use only and may lose its integrity if reused.
To dispose of the container, follow the guidelines provided by your local healthcare facility, waste management authority, or regulatory agency.
In most cases, the container should be sealed securely with the lid and placed in a designated medical waste disposal bin or taken to a facility that handles medical waste for proper disposal.

- Sharps Container Lid of the Second Design
Assembly: First assemble the container lid, assemble the tenon buckles at both ends of the movable lid piece into the two holes on both sides of the fixed cover of the box cover in turn, so that the container lid is assembled; then place the container body on a horizontal surface (such as on a table), place the assembled lid facing down and butt the container body, press the box lid down firmly until you hear a click, and make sure that the container body and the lid are installed as a whole.
Temporary closure: In normal use, the movable cover is rotated to completely cover the opening on the fixed cover, which is a temporary closure;
Lid release: in normal use, the movable piece of the lid rotates to the maximum extent of the opening on the fixed piece of the lid, then the lid is released.
Final closure: When the movable piece of the lid needs to be closed and the movable cover is temporarily closed, bend the two closing buckles on the movable piece and push them into the two slots on the fixed lid piece to close. It can not be opened again at this time
- The syringe needle disposal: Insert the needle into the drop-shaped hole, jam it at the interface between the nipple of the syringe and the needle, gently press the syringe outward, and the syringe needle will automatically fall into the sharps containers. Insulin injection pen disposal: Put the pen needle on the larger part and move towards the narrow part of the hole. After fixing the pen, unscrew the pen needle from the syringe. If the pen needle is stuck on the lid, gently push it to drop it into the container. Disposal of the sharp parts of the infusion set: hold the hose of the infusion set, extend the sharp part into the large opening of the top lid, and cut it with scissors, and the sharp part will fall into the sharps container. Disposal of other sharps: Sharp instruments such as blades or glass, as well as blood-contaminated objects such as syringes and infusion sets for blood transfusion, can be directly put into the large opening on the top.
- When the sharps container is filled up to 80% of the nominal capacity or to the scale line, the sharps container should be closed by referring to 1.1.3 or 1.2.4, and the sharps container is safely locked.
Storage
The sharps container should be stored and transported under the conditions of temperature 0~35°C and relative humidity <90% to thermal shock; when being stored and transported under this condition, it is recommended to use it within 6 years from the date of production. After the expiration date, samples should be taken and tested again to confirm the usability. The product is fragile, handle with care.

Warnings & Precautions
- Check whether the sharps container is intact before use, which may affect the effectiveness of the functionalities of its intended uses.
- It can only be installed up to 80% of the capacity, and must not exceed the warning volume scale.
- The seal of the container must be tight, and reopening is strictly prohibited.
- Follow the precaution guidelines and do not put back the needle cap.
- Do not separate the needle and the syringe, and discard the entire pair of needles.
- Do not bend, damage or directly dispose of the needle after use by hand.
- Handle the sharps container carefully and keep it away from your body.
- The sharps containers should be placed in a safe and suitable place after use.
- The outer surface of the sharps container must not be stained with any medical waste. When it is contaminated, the contaminated area should be disinfected, and a layer of packaging should be added if necessary.
- Throwing, dropping, etc. are strictly prohibited during transportation to avoid damage to the packaging and leakage of medical waste.
Product safety and performance testing requirements of sharps container and sharps box:
- When the sharps container lid will be permanently closed, the lid is unable be opened again by hand force.
2. RESISTANCE TO PENETRATION: The mean force needed to
penetrate samples shall not be less than 15N, and the minimum
individual force shall not be less than 12.5N,the base, side walls and the closure.
